What exactly is the AI subscription?
The AI subscription is Automation-as-a-Service: instead of a one-off project, you get an ongoing partnership. We continuously build new automations for you, operate them, monitor them, and improve them — for a predictable monthly price.
Who is the subscription for, compared to a project?
If you want to automate more than one process, or your automations need to be operated and developed long-term, the subscription is usually cheaper and faster than individual projects. For a single, clearly scoped use case, a fixed-price project remains the right choice.
How binding are the from-prices?
The from-prices are real entry prices for the respective scope. We set the exact price in the initial consultation — depending on your system landscape, scope, and compliance requirements. After that: fixed monthly price, no hidden costs.
How quickly can I cancel?
After a minimum term of 3 months, the subscription can be cancelled monthly. Your automations and documentation belong to you — if you cancel, we hand everything over to your team in an orderly way.
What happens to existing automations?
We take over existing workflows (e.g. n8n, Power Automate, or custom scripts) into operations. That is exactly the core of the Starter package: we make sure that what has already been built keeps running.
What infrastructure do the automations run on?
Either on your own infrastructure, in your cloud (Azure, AWS), or on GDPR-compliant infrastructure in the EU managed by us. Self-hosted solutions like n8n avoid vendor lock-in.
How is this different from a classic managed service?
Classic managed services keep the status quo running. The AI subscription combines operations with continuous development: every month, your company gets a bit more automated — with measurable results in the monthly review.
Can we start small and grow?
Yes, that is actually the normal case. Many customers start with Starter or Growth and expand once the first automations show measurable value. Switching between packages is possible at the turn of the month.
