Contact form (SendGrid)

Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our contact form from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

reCAPTCHA analyzes user behavior based on various characteristics (e.g., IP address, time spent on the page, mouse movements) to determine whether the input was made by a human or by automated means. This analysis begins automatically when you visit the contact page.

Newsletter (SendGrid)

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is transmitted to SendGrid (Twilio Inc., 375 Beale Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) and stored there for the purpose of sending our newsletter.

SendGrid is a service for managing email lists and sending emails. We use SendGrid for our biweekly newsletter with practical AI tips.

Data collected: Email address, optionally your name, as well as technical data such as open and click rates for analyzing newsletter performance.

Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Revocation: You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email. After unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from the mailing list.

HubSpot CRM

When you use our contact form or request an ROI report, your data is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system HubSpot. The provider is HubSpot Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA.

Data stored: Name, email address, company, industry, company size, type of inquiry, and – for ROI reports – the results of the ROI calculation (savings potential, ROI percentage, break-even period, selected processes, and IT systems).

Purpose: Management of business contacts, processing of inquiries, and preparation of proposals.

Legal basis: Processing is carried out for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in efficient customer relationship management (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data transfer: HubSpot is a US-based provider. Data transfer is carried out on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Workflow automation (n8n)

We use the workflow automation software n8n for the automatic processing and routing of form submissions. The software is operated on our own server within the EU (self-hosted).

Data processed: Contact data from forms (name, email, company, message) is automatically forwarded to our CRM system and prepared for inquiry processing.

Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in efficient inquiry processing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Automated email follow-up sequences

After submitting an inquiry via our contact form or requesting an ROI report, you will automatically receive timed follow-up emails (typically 3–4 emails over a period of 14 days). These serve to provide you with relevant information related to your inquiry.

Delivery: Emails are sent via SendGrid (see above).

Unsubscribe: Each email contains an unsubscribe link that allows you to stop receiving further emails at any time.

Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in following up on active inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in connection with the contact initiated by you.

Social media share buttons

On our blog pages, you will find share buttons for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook. These buttons are implemented as simple links and do not load any external scripts or trackers unless you actively click on them.
